This page sets out the rules that apply when you use Wish King. It explains the relationship between us and our players, the responsibilities you accept on registration, and the operational terms that govern accounts, payments, promotions and disputes. Please read these terms carefully before using the site; by registering or playing you agree to be bound by them.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activity that takes place under your account. You must provide accurate and current information when registering and keep your contact details up to date. We may suspend or close accounts where we suspect unauthorised access, fraud, or breaches of these terms.
Verification
We may require identity and address verification documents at any time to comply with our checks. Until verification is completed, certain features - including withdrawals - may be restricted. We will contact you if further information is needed and will hold funds securely while checks are under way.
Eligibility requirements
To open an account with Wish King you must be at least 18 years old and resident in a jurisdiction where our services are permitted. Only one account is permitted per person, household and payment method. Accounts that appear to be duplicate, fraudulent or in breach of eligibility will be closed and any associated funds may be withheld pending investigation.
Acceptable platform use
You must use the platform fairly and lawfully. Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:
- attempting to manipulate game outcomes, collude with other players or use bots;
- bonus abuse, chargeback fraud or any form of organised advantage play;
- providing false information or using third-party accounts to conceal identity;
- using the site for money laundering or other illegal purposes;
- interfering with site security, probing systems or attempting unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend or close accounts and to void bets where misuse is suspected.
General bonus and promotion rules
All bonuses, free spins and promotional offers are subject to specific terms which will be published with each promotion. Wagering requirements, game restrictions and maximum cashable amounts may apply. Only one promotional offer may be active per account where specified. We may refuse, withdraw or amend promotions in cases of misuse or irregular play.
Deposits and withdrawals
Payments should be made using methods available in your country. Deposits are normally credited instantly; withdrawals will be processed subject to verification and any applicable limits. We will normally return funds by the same method used for deposit where possible. Withdrawal requests may be held while identity, source of funds or other checks are completed.
Limits and fees
We may impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which can vary by payment method and account status. Any fees charged by payment providers are the responsibility of the player unless stated otherwise. You can set personal deposit limits or self-exclude through your account at any time.
Dispute resolution
If you have a dispute please contact our support team via the Help centre or in-app chat so we can try to resolve the matter quickly. If we cannot reach an agreement, you may be entitled to refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution service where one is available in your jurisdiction.
Updates to terms and conditions
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or posted on the site. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend you review these terms periodically.
